The Wayfinder 2.x API is backward compatible with the 1.x version as long as you are only using the documented functions seen in
However it is recommended that you migrate to the new 2.x API.
This module does not implement a UI. This is expected to be created externally and use this API.
Note:
The Wayfinder 2.x API allows for multiple instances of the way-finding application to coexist on the same web page. If you are using this feature than you cannot use the 12.x compatibility support.
